BEIJING HUAXIA JUXING QUALITY CERTIFICATION CO., LTD.(abbreviated as HUAXIA JUXING Certification; English acronym: HJC) has been granted accreditation by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This milestone signifies HJC’s official entry into the community of nationally and internationally recognized certification bodies, aligning its operations with global standards.Effective April 8, 2025, all certification certificates issued by HJC within its approved scope for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (QES) will now feature both the CNAS accreditation mark and the IAF International Mutual Recognition Mark, ensuring global acceptance and compliance.Relevant accreditation information will be published on the CNAS official website (www.cnas.org.cn). 中国合格评定国家认可委员会（英文缩写为CNAS），是国家市场监督管理总局根据《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》和《认可机构监督管理办法》确定的国家认可机构。CNAS依据国际标准ISO/IEC 17011《合格评定 认可机构要求》运作，从事检验机构、实验室、认证机构、审定与核查机构等合格评定机构认可评价活动的国家认可机构，负责合格评定机构国家认可体系运行。CNAS是国际认可论坛（IAF）和亚太认可合作组织（APAC）的正式成员并签署了两大国际组织的多边互认协议（MRA）。其认可结果与APAC及IAF框架下的其他签署机构等效互认，认证证书在亚太地区及国际贸易中被广泛采信，有效消除跨境贸易技术壁垒。The China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), established by the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Accreditation Bodies, operates in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17011 Conformity Assessment — Requirements for Accreditation Bodies. As a national accreditation body engaged in the accreditation and evaluation activities of conformity assessment bodies such as inspection bodies, laboratories, certification bodies, validation and verification bodies, CNAS is responsible for the operation of the national accreditation system for conformity assessment bodies.CNAS is a full member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) and has signed multilateral recognition agreements (MRA) with these two international organizations. Its accreditation results are mutually recognized with other signatory bodies within the framework of APAC and IAF, and the certification certificates are widely accepted in the Asia-Pacific region and international trade, effectively eliminating technical barriers to cross-border trade.
